CARES Act Request for Proposals
Under authority of the Federal government and pursuant to distribution of congressionally- appropriated CARES Act dollars to Iowa’s MH/DS regions for the purpose of addressing mental health and disability needs related to the 2020 COVID-19 health emergency, CICS is soliciting bids for programs, services, and activities, including necessary equipment and supplies, that respond to the need for services that are due to the public health emergency.
Successful applicants may submit one proposal only for an amount not to exceed $75,000.
