CARES Act Major Projects Second Request for Proposals
Under authority of the Federal government and pursuant to distribution of congressionally-appropriated CARES Act dollars to Iowa’s MH/DS regions for the purpose of addressing mental health and disability needs related to the 2020 COVID-19 health emergency, CICS is soliciting bids for programs, services, and activities, including necessary equipment and supplies, that respond to the need for services that are due to the public health emergency.
Successful applicants may submit one proposal only for an amount necessary to accomplish activities identified in the proposal. Preference will be towards those that did not receive a prior competitive grant.
AGENCIES WHO HAVE RECEIVED FUNDING UNDER OTHER GRANTS ARE ELIGBLE for this grant as long as the funds requested will not be used for programs, services, and activities, including necessary equipment and supplies, that have previously been funded.
